Luke Dawson - Managing Director Colliers

Luke joined Colliers International in 2004, based in the Vancouver office. Most notably, he was heavily involved in the partnership transaction with FirstService, leading the global coordination of the due diligence process. As Director of Corporate Development, Luke became focused on operations analysis and international merger and acquisition activity while working closely with the company's Chief Operating Officer.

In 2007, Luke was appointed as Regional Director of Operations for Eastern Europe and relocated to Prague. He built the regional support team for Colliers operations in Eastern Europe and was responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations across 13 countries and 17 offices.

In 2012, Luke took over the role of Regional Managing Director for South East Europe and also local Managing Director for Serbia. Luke is currently based in Belgrade

Prior to joining Colliers, Luke worked with two of Canada’s leading private commercial real estate development and investment firms. He specialized in investment analysis and project marketing.
