Đura Stanić, Chairman of Managing Board, BlackOak Developments

Đura Stanić is a professional with extensive experience in real estate development. His area of expertise ranges from low cost residential, luxury residential to commercial/retail real estate. Mr. Stanic joined BlackOak Developments (commercial real estate investment and development Company) in 2009 as Chief Executive Officer and later as the Chairman of the Board. Mr. Stanic is responsible for strategic planning, acquisition, organization and execution of development of many large scale commercial retail and residential projects. He is directly involved in legal, financing, leasing, and day-to-day management process and responsible for creation of the most suitable platforms for performance management in order to maximize returns of all portfolio assets. Some of the most respected projects under his management include Fashion Park Outlet Center Indjija, Smiljaniceva 29 Residential project, Sun City large scale New Belgrade Residential development, and many more. Mr. Stanic is a graduate of AUP University in Paris with International Economics degree. He speaks English and French fluently.
