BACKGROUND

Goran Zivkovic has extensive 14 year experience in the real estate industry, on both agency and developer side. For seven years, Goran was Director of Residential Department in Colliers International, directly responsible for all major residential developments in Belgrade such as Park Apartments (GTC, finished project), Panorama Dedinje (Meridian CBRE SERBIA

Balkans, finished project), Marina Dorcol (Engel Group, project is in a planning phase). After that Goran was Senior Leasing Manager in GTC, the most successful real estate developer in South East Europe, in charge of successful leasing of 60,000 sq m office portfolio in Belgrade. He joined CBRE in June 2009.
