Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg, born in 1962 in Austria, received his doctorate in business administration and holds additional academic qualifications in the area of real estate, where he is a widely-regarded expert. He serves in leadership positions of several national and international real estate organizations, is a member of  the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chairman of the Austrian Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has more than 25 years of international experience in the real estate industry, serving on boards of directors and as an executive committee member for international companies including: Generali Immobilien AG, Vienna; Oppenheim Immobilien KAG, Wiesbaden; IVG AG, Bonn and Vienna; IMMOEAST AG, Vienna; IMMOFINANZ AG, Vienna; BUWOG and Premium Real Estate AG, Vienna; and Rheinische Grundbesitz AG, Zurich.
