Adrián has over ten years of experience working in the real estate market. He is the head of the Valuation and Advisory Department and a qualified Chartered Surveyor who is accustomed to value all types of assets including offices, logistics, retail buildings, development land and residential properties. He has an extensive experience in both co-ordination of high value portfolio valuation instructions for accounting purposes and also the provision of loan security valuations for a variety of lenders for a range of commercial property types, including mixed use development schemes. In addition to his roles and responsibilities in Hungary, Adrián and his team also plays a regional role servicing client requirements in South Eastern Europe.
