Born in 1965 at Rijeka - Croatia. He is a regional developer and urban planner, specialized in the South-East-European region. He was the Austrian Government Coordinator for Reconstruction and Development for the former Yugoslav area (1991-2001) – with mission-focus first on Bosnia and Herzegovina, later on Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.
In 2001 he founded the ISD institute for structured development and since 2001 he works for various development projects and companies in Vienna and in South East Europe. Various publications in the fields of regional development, urban planning, real estate development.
Since 2001 he works for international institutions, banks and commercial companies in Southeast Europe. 2001 - 2012 has developed a number of tourism and hotel projects on the territory of Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Including strategic plan development in the region Jahorina Romania (for the RS Government), a strategic plan for the region of Neum-Herzegovina (BiH Government). Also for the Adriatic Coast Development Group, Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group, Adriatic Luxury Hotels (Stroke-Group), Grand Hotels Media, Doksa.eu, etc.)
2011-2013 was developed and designed the hotel and tourism projects in Vienna, including the largest hotel Vienna's city center with 400 hotel rooms for the German group "Motel One". Published in the field of regional development, urban planning and strategic real estate development.
