Djura Stanic, Managing Director, Merin Asset Management

Djura Stanic is a professional with extensive experience in real estate development. His area of expertise ranges from low cost residential, luxury residential to commercial/retail real estate. Mr. Stanic is responsible for strategic planning, acquisition, organisation and execution of development of many large scale commercial retail and residential projects. He is directly involved in legal, financing, leasing, and day-to-day management process and responsible for creation of the most suitable platforms for performance management in order to maximise returns of all portfolio assets. Mr. Stanic is also acting chairman of the board at Blackoak Investments, a commercial and development real estate investment company, investor and developer of Fashion Park Outlet Center in Indjija.
Mr. Stanic is a graduate of AUP University in Paris with International Economics degree.
He speaks English and French fluently.
