Mr. Anton Kožar (born 1959) experienced a variety of jobs in his 30 years long carrier. He passed the Faculty of Economics in Slovenia, obtained a Master of Science degree in 1991. He started in the Building Company (2 years). Then, he has worked for 13 years in the central bank of Slovenia in the Research Department, particularly on financial programing and policy and econometric studies (balance of payment). He run a Pension-Investment Fund with the 0.7 billion € portfolio in the period 1997-2001.

In the period 2001-2007 he worked in the Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia. He has been a Director of Real Estate Association of Slovenia in the period 2002-2007.
He is a member of FIABCI since 2002, advocating property rights, proficiency and high educational standards. He was very active in CEPI organization in the period 2004-2008.
Anton Kožar is a co-author of three books (1. Qarterly Econometric Model of Slovenian Economy, 1996, ISBN=96-6031-09-0, then co-author of 2. White book, an analitical base for pension reform in Slovenia in 1999, and 3. Real Estate Brokerage Act – commentary, ISBN= 961-6413-04-x.
Anton Kožar has published around 40 articles in domestic and international magazines. He teaches on High School in Kranj two topic: Economics of brokerage and Economics of property management.
Mr.Kozar has been a delegate of Slovenian Institute of Standardisation in the CEN Task Force Technical Board 180 in the period 2005-2010. Task Force TB 180 has prepared the standard EN 15733:2010, »Services of real estate agents – Requierements for the provision of services of real estate agents«. The standard is broadly accepted across EU members.
Anton Kožar is a licensed broker, a licensed valuer for all kind of properties in accordance to International Valuation Standards. He got a broad experience in valuation of all kind of real estate and properties 2007-2013 for residents and foreign customers.
