Born in 1979 in Pristina. He attended three years of XIV Gymnasium (academic high school) in Belgrade after which he went to USA  and 1998 graduate and receive a diploma Lawrence High School in the USA. He graduated in 2004 the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade and as one of the best students in his generation has won numerous scholarships. During his studies he worked in studios for commercial, residential and other types of buildings, attended various specialized seminars, including the energy efficiency.
As a project team member of David Cherky & Ass, 2001, he worked in Israel in the project of renovation and reconstruction of streets Hayehodim and the design of several buildings in the Upper Town of Jerusalem, and in 2002 as a member of the project team of Barbosa & Corbucci Arquitetos Ass, he worked in Brazil project "Victoria International Airport" Victoria, Espirito Santo, Brazil. After graduating in 2004, the author and co-author of various projects, including a number of business and commercial buildings, and the most important are: "Green Hill Dedinje" apartment complex of 11,000 square meters in Belgrade, production and office building "EuroBravo" in Belgrade, preliminary design for Ho Chi Minh Tower of 65 floors and 120,000 square meters in Saigon, Vietnam, urban designs for several buildings in Belgrade.
In 2008. he founded the Biro "Folic Architects LtD" as partner and Chief Architect.
He speaks five languages, English, Spanish, French, Russian and Portuguese.
