Prior to joining Embassy Group as an Investment Manager, in September 2013 Danica Kilibarda- Jevtic has been a Professor of Law at Singidunum University, Belgrade and Lincoln University, California. Prior to her academic experience she has worked as a Vice-President of Luka Beograd responsible for development and structuring of development project of regeneration of Danube’s waterside and also as a Principal banker in European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
Resident Office since the opening of the Bank’s office in May 2001. Her role has been to co-ordinate, structure and execute variety of transactions using the full range of financing structures and instruments. She undertook a leading role in the origination of projects in Serbia and Montenegro covering various business segments – Marketing, Business Development, Policy Dialogue, Monitoring as well as Project Implementation. Being with EBRD from the start of operations in Serbia and Montenegro she played a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the close relations with clients, top officials in various ministries and government itself as well as with other international financial organisations and donors.
 
Danica Kilibarda- Jevtic was previously an Investment Banker with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and London responsible for credit products for European sovereigns, sub-sovereigns and supra-nationals. Her area of expertise lies also in High Yield Capital Markets where she worked on underwriting debt financing, bridge loans and leveraged buyouts.She was educated in Serbia (Law faculty – Top Student in class), Hungary (Central  European University), England (Oxford University) gaining two Masters and a PhD in Law.
