4th Annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards - October 30th 2014 - InterContinental Hotel

EuropaProperty’s CEE Investment Awards & Green Building Awards is the only awards ceremony to recognize and honour excellence in the CEE region’s investment sector. The awards will be presented to companies and individuals who have demonstrated the best overall performance during the past year, as well as highlight investment transactions that have produced consistent results and a high likelihood that the investors will not be disappointed in the future.



Criteria: Investors should be active in the CEE region. All deals eligible for an award need to be completed from 2013(Q4)/14. Nominations will be marked against a range of criteria including: Investment Objectives/Final Outcome/Performance/ Experience/Knowledge of Sector/Communication with Partners/Reputation and Compliance.
