Programme for the Portfolio conference in Vienna announced

A call for participation to the Portfolio conference scheduled for the 23^rd of September in Vienna is already under way. As in the previousyear when  first such conference had taken placein Vienna, there were over 200 participants at the Park Royal Palace Hotel. This year close to 300 visitors - conference participants are to be expected.

Organizers are hoping for the success of this event as well as sponsors who confirm these expectations. In cooperation with RICS main partner will be famous NOERR.
As in the previous year in Vienna, sponsors are ImmoFinanz Group and CA IMMO together withColliers International and Cushman & Wakefield who decided to sponsor this specialized event. As always, regular sponsor is TRIGRANIT.

According to the announcement, topics that will attract specialized audiences this year are:

•   • The most recent data from the markets of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary;
• • Development of logistics in the CEE and SEE markets;
• • A review of the office market in Prague, Bratislava and Budapest;
• • The investment situation on the real estate market in Budapest and Bucharest;
• • Is Romania a new investment market as Poland once was?;
