Serbian Investment expansion in Slovenia

After many rumors about the purchase of 10% of shares of Gorenjska bank for 13.9 million by business entities in property of Serbian entrepreneur Mr. Miodrag Kostic, this news is finally confirmed. By purchasing these shares and omission to Sava Group to redeem them, Mr. Kostic has the right to operate with Gorenjska bank. This is his second acquisition in Slovenia after the purchase of claims of Kempinski hotels in Portorož at the end of the last year also by business entities of Mr. Kostic. Apparently that in addition to his core business in agriculture, MK Group is entering in banking and hotel sector in the region.

When you add to this the information from November 2015 when the start of construction of the hotel Crowne Plaza in Ljubljana was confirmed, whose development is managed from Belgrade and by the Entities operating in the property of Mr. Miroslav Miskovic, there is a simple question: whether this is the time for Serbian entrepreneurs to invest in Slovenia and European Union?
