FIDIC INTERNATIONAL TRAINING "PRACTICAL USE OF 1999 FIDIC Contracts, Module 1
National FIDIC association –Association of Engineers Serbia (ACES), the worldwide association of FIDIC (International Organisation of Consulting Engineers) and the company MACE doo organize internationally accredited two-day training:
"USE OF 1999 FIDIC Contracts, Module 1" which will be held 9 - 10 February 2016 at the hotel Hyatt Regency in Belgrade.
The training will be led by Mr. Zoltan ZAHONY, licensed international FIDIC trainer, who has years of experience at all stages of contract management and resolution of disputes in a number of projects contracted by FIDIC contracts - contracts which have become contractual language of development projects in 21 century. Mr. ZAHONY is a FIDIC expert and FIDIC Chairperson of the Working Group which reviews the models of contracts.
The training provides all the necessary knowledge to engineers, control engineers, lawyers, economists, professionals from government ministries and agencies, heads of companies, heads of sectors, and the development of all those involved in the implementation and management of contracts. Training is especially important for those who participate in the preparation or management on infrastructure projects partly financed from loans to our country by a financial organization (EAR, EBRD, EIB, World Bank).
